Processing Time

All orders are prepared and handled within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or official public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or periods with an exceptionally large number of orders, processing and delivery times may be somewhat longer than the usual timeframe. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email and provide additional details.

Shipping Fees and Estimated Delivery

Free shipping is available for all orders unless stated otherwise.

The estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • United States and Canada: 7 to 15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link that enables you to monitor your shipment and check its current delivery status.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

Delancey is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other additional fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

Any costs or charges requested by customs authorities, local delivery companies, government agencies, or other shipping services during or following delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Before placing your order, please make sure that all shipping details provided are accurate, complete, and current.

If a package is returned to us because the customer entered an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs necessary to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery at contact@delancey.store.

Our team will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to assist you and determine a suitable solution as promptly as possible.
